How much space do I need?

The playset and additional structures you choose will depend on the amount of available space for the play area. Each structure has a designated use zone, which includes the free space required around the structure for it to be used safely. Measuring to determine the size of the intended site (and any potential obstructions) will help as you begin the planning process.

Limited budget? No problem! All of our sets are priced with the budget-conscious in mind. By choosing a smaller playset and adding a few free standing structures, you can design an action-packed play area while keeping costs low. Do you offer safety surfacing?

Yes! Safety surfacing is essential to playground safety, and as such, should be taken into consideration in the early planning stages. We offer 3 main types of surfacing: wood mulch, rubber mulch, and poured-in-place rubber. Learn more about safety surfacing.

Are your playsets ADA compliant?

Absolutely! Nearly all of our playsets are ADA compliant, and some are even wheelchair accessible to accommodate guests of all ability levels. Please contact us if you need additional guidance or help choosing handicap accessible playground equipment.

Shipping & Installation

Help! I’m on a time crunch. What can I do?

We’re happy to let you know that a select number of our products are kept IN STOCK, ready for immediate shipment from our warehouse in Indiana, so you’ll receive your equipment in just 7-10 days. (Please note, if you choose to pay by business check, your equipment will ship once the payment has been received and cleared). Quick Ship items are a great solution for those needing to complete a new play area on a limited time frame. And as an added bonus, these sets are also incredibly budget-friendly.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on the weight of the product and where it is being shipped. Because costs vary so much from product to product, you will receive a quote for shipping when you request your custom quote.

Do I need to be present for delivery?

Yes; you or your contractor must be present for the delivery.

How does the delivery process work?

All of our playsets will ship via freight by common carrier. When your playset arrives at the nearest terminal, the freight carrier will call you to schedule a delivery date and time-frame. This will allow you to ensure you have any equipment needed for unloading ready and on-site.

Delivery is only to your site. The driver is not required, nor will have the equipment, to help you off load your playset. This product is very heavy and cannot be moved by hand. For some smaller products, a lift gate may be used, but will still require the use of a fork truck or skid loader to move once down out of the truck. Larger systems will require heavy equipment to bring down and out of the trailer.

If the name of your set has a dash and a letter at the end of the name (Example: Beech Woodland – C) it will be comprised of a number of “smaller” boxes. These will be able to use a lift gate, but still require a forklift or skid loader to move once out of the trailer. These boxes can weigh anywhere from 200 – 900 lbs.

If there is no dash and letter at the end of the name (Example: Chestnut Timberidge), your playset will arrive on one or more larger skids. These skids can be up to 15’ long, and weigh thousands of pounds. These cannot be removed from the truck using the lift gate, and will require heavy equipment to be off loaded.

What if my equipment arrives damaged or pieces are missing?

Our products are carefully packaged to prevent damage during shipping, but on the rare occasion that a piece of equipment does arrive damaged, we’ll be happy to resolve the issue as soon as possible. Double check your piece count against the piece count listed on the delivery receipt to make sure all of your play system made it to you. We also ask that you examine the product and inspect for any damages before signing for the delivery. If you are missing any pieces, or any of them are damaged, please note it on the driver’s copy of the delivery receipt and call our office at (888) 342-8228.

How long does installation take and how do I arrange it?

The length of time it takes to install your playground will depend on the size and complexity of your structures. Understandably, larger sets take longer to install. However, most of our sets can be installed in as little as 1-5 days by a professional installer. Do the playsets come with a warranty?

All of our products are covered under extensive manufacturer warranties. We only carry the highest quality commercial equipment available. Specifics range by manufacturer and model chosen. If you are interested in a specific model’s warranty, please reach out and we can provide you with more information.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover, and business checks. Please note that if you pay by business check, your equipment will be shipped when the check has been received and cleared. We are not able to accept personal checks.

Will I be charged sales tax?

We won’t surprise you with any hidden charges or handling fees. The price you see on your final quote is the price you pay. If you are shipping an order to Illinois, Indiana, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Jersey, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, we are required to charge sales tax.

What is your return policy?

  1. You may cancel your order for a full refund before it is shipped. Please be aware that orders can be shipped as early as the following business day.
  2. Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  3. The merchandise returned must be unused and uninstalled, in the original shipping boxes and packaging, to be eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, used merchandise will not be eligible for a refund.
  4. You are responsible for the cost of the return shipping fees. We cannot accept collect shipments.
  5. Once received and inspected to be in original packaging and new factory condition, your refund will be processed within 5 business days.
