Kids will become the brave adventurer that they have always dreamed of becoming on the Mountaineer. The climbing motivated design offers children a chance to push themselves in a safe environment. One of the most noticeable parts of this structure is the Climbing Wall that juts off from the larger structure. Hanging ropes and the wall full of handles provides kids with a different way to play. Right off to one side from them are the Climbing Panels. As children conquer the Climbing Wall they might move onto the Climbing Panels. Climbing up the vertical surface will deposit them on the main deck. To their right, they can take the Curved Modular Slide down and to their left, they can peer out the Bubble Panel. For others, they could continue down past the Bubble Panels to the Labyrinth Panel. Once they’re done trying to solve the maze, they can head back up via the Rope Ladder or the Loop Ladder. When they’re finished, they can just chill in the Double Seats in the shade underneath.
When choosing a playground it is important to consider where the components have come from. Conditioned wood or recycled metal posts are both opportunities to take part in environmental stewardship. Wood was once a staple of playground design, but as time has continued, it has become less common. But, wood and natural materials make for natural learning environments that can be important for children’s development. Several teaching methods use nature and natural tools as ways to reach children. On the other hand, the recycled metal used comes from items that would otherwise rust away in dumps. The recycled plastic comes from specifically milk jugs. As Americans, we tend to drink a large amount of milk every day. This results in millions of used milk contains every year. Even if the play set purchased only uses a few thousand of those milk jugs, its that many more that didn’t end up in a landfill. Your playground purchase can be part of the solution that limits waste.
