IMC Outdoor offers a great safety surfacing with their NuPlay Recycled Rubber Playground Mulch. This product is offered in 50 bags that weigh 40 pounds per bag. These 50 bags are delivered atop pallets that provide additional stability and support during unloading.
NuPlay, made from 100% recycled rubber, is the perfect loose-fill rubber mulch groundcover for playgrounds. Rated as the safest groundcover on the market, NuPlay also provides superior drainage and minimizes dust, keeping children clean while at play. Rubber Mulch meets the latest CPSC safety guidelines, ASTM F-1951, and F-1292. Rubber Mulch is safe, fun and economical. As well as, manufactured to be guaranteed to last a lifetime!
The surface is intended to be used in conjunction with some type of border or containment system such as rubber curbs. This surfacing has been approved to be used on playgrounds in the United States and boasts an impressive 17 foot fall rating when used at a 6″ depth. It is recommended to loosely compact the mulch to either 3 or 6 inches to achieve the desired fall height rating.
Choose from five standard color options on our NuPlay Rubber bagged mulch. These colors are Painted Black, Earthtone, Redwood, Caribbean Blue and Forest Green.
Install @ 3” depth for 6’ of fall protection.
