Find your way around the Super Climber 1 on the playground. This commercial grade structure is made up of nylon-encased steel ropes attached to a central steel post. The widely stretched base of the climber allows children to start at multiple points and come together near the top. What makes this climber unique is the skewed grid of ropes. Most rope climbers feature grids that run parallel to the ground, however, the Super Climber 1 features a crisscross similar to shoe lacing. The substantial width of the structure comes from the eight points where it touch the ground. On the interior, while it can be climber, it is empty except for the central galvanized steel post. The clear central space can be used in the games that they come up with.
